DELBY P. BRAGAIS, AICI CIM is a multi-awarded and internationally certified image consultant, an award winning fashion designer, a sought-after speaker, an inspiring workshop leader a published author, and one of Go Negosyo 2016 Inspiring Filipina Entrepreneur awardees during the 8th Filipina Entrepreneurship Summit held last February 18, 2016 at the World Trade Center.

She is the President of the North Road Image & Fashion Group, a corporation that specializes in image and fashion.

From a business solely devoted to changing “looks”, she has evolved to focus on changing “lives” through the creation of an image training and consultancy division -Image Designers International, where she leads customized workshops and speaks on image strategy, personal change and people branding.

Today, she holds the distinction of being the first and only Filipino who has achieved the highest certification level in the image industry- Certified Image Master (CIM). This level of certification is bestowed to image experts with a proven track record of competence and experience via a rigorous accreditation process by The Association of Image Consultants International (AICI)-the world certifying body for image professionals based in the United States. She is one of 19 Certified Image Masters in the world and one of 5 in Asia.

In 2011, Delby worked for the establishment of the AICI Philippine Chapter and eventually became its Founding President.

She has served the AICI International Board as VP for Certification from July 2013 to June 2015. It was for her outstanding achievements and contribution to the image industry during this period that she was honored with the AICI President’s Award last August 2015, during the Global Conference held in Washington, D.C., USA. She was also the recipient of the AICI Award of Excellence for Membership during the AICI International Conference in Glendale, Arizona, USA, last May 2013.

A cum laude graduate of the University of the Philippines, she holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university and has a reputation for balancing creativity and commerce.

She has taken courses at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, and is a certified professional coach by the Center for Coaching Certification based in South Carolina, USA.

Inspired by the power of makeovers, Delby launched her first book entitled -The Purple Pig Wears Red Lipstick: 8 Steps to A Personal Brand Makeover for Impact, Influence, and Incredible Income. A business metaphor for reinvention using the power of personal branding to help professionals and entrepreneurs get ahead in today’s fast-paced, competitive business world.
